• Please download the membership agreement here and email the completed/signed copy to us, membership@oscre.org.
• Email OSCRE with the following information:

1. Membership level requested.
2. Approximate number of total employees within your organization.
3. Company address info.
4. Main contact name.
5. Main contact email address.
6. Main contact job title.
7. Email to whom the invoice should be sent (if different than the main contact email).
8. Any additional information that should be placed on the membership invoice.
9. Is a Purchase Order required by your organization, if so who should OSCRE contact for the PO?

• Corporate membership is not paid online, OSCRE will send you an invoice via email.
