Introducing the OSCRE International Leadership Exchange

The OSCRE International Leadership Exchange is a purpose-driven forum that brings together senior leaders, innovators, and investors who are shaping the future of the built environment. Designed to spark open dialogue and practical collaboration, the Exchange focuses on advancing data standards, technology, and business practices that improve efficiency, performance, and transparency across the commercial real estate ecosystem. Through shared insights and forward-looking discussion, participants explore emerging challenges and opportunities while helping accelerate collective industry progress.

The Leadership Exchange evolved from OSCRE International’s Council of 100, which launched in 2018 to convene a diverse group of industry change leaders committed to better data strategies and operational outcomes. While the Council of 100 emphasized targeted projects and focused collaboration, the Leadership Exchange expands that vision - creating a broader platform for idea-sharing, education, and strategic thinking. By welcoming fund managers, corporate owners, occupiers, and trusted partners, the program extends its reach beyond OSCRE membership to foster meaningful exchange and growth across the wider commercial real estate and data standards community.

Leadership Exchange in 2026

OSCRE International will host the 2026 Leadership Exchange on November 11, 2026, at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, MD - just outside of Washington, D.C.

This year's Exchange will spark meaningful conversation around leadership in the digital world — not just within OSCRE, but across the broader commercial real estate landscape. Attendees will explore how the industry is adapting and evolving in a world where technology and AI are reshaping the way we work every day, how data is a key component to success in the digital space, and what it takes to get there. The Leadership Exchange is open to all active OSCRE members, and we warmly welcome non-members who want to join us for this thought provoking conversation. While registration is not open until August 2026, we welcome those interested in learning more and attending to please reach out to info@oscre.org to inquire for additional details.

Leadership Roundtables

Complementing the annual Leadership Exchange, OSCRE will also host OSCRE Leadership Roundtables throughout the year. These smaller, in-person sessions are designed for focused, topic-driven discussion, providing a collaborative environment for deeper exploration, idea-sharing, and peer connection that helps shape and extend conversations from the Leadership Exchange.
