OSCRE Academy Refund Policy

We may approve a refund request provided the Student meets the following requirements:

The Student MUST notify OSCRE of their desire to cancel IN WRITING within 24-hours of initial enrollment and payment. Requests MUST be sent via email (VERBAL requests are NOT accepted) to the following address: lwalters@oscre.org

If the request is made more than 24-hours after enrollment is completed, payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Other Terms and Conditions:

Online training courses may NOT be transferred to another student.

Students have one year to complete an OSCRE Academy program from their start date. The start date is the student's enrollment date for the online course.

Orders placed with a “Corporate Account” or “Discount Code” are NOT eligible for refund, cancellation, or transfer. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If the program has not been successfully completed and the 365-day access period has expired, the student must re-register, pay the prevailing fee and complete all course work in order to earn the course certificate.

Each online session has a 10-question quiz. Students must earn a grade of 80% or higher to demonstrate mastery of the materials and earn credit for the module. You can retake the quiz if you do not earn a minimum of 80% correct on the quiz.

There is no partial credit given if the student does not complete all modules and earn a score of 80% or better on each quiz.

If you have a discount/promo code, enter that code during the checkout process. The discount/promo code will not be applied, nor the difference refunded once the checkout process is completed. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please save your login credentials. Once you enter your enrollment information, the system will take you to a login page. You should login using the credentials you just created. Once you log in, you will be immediately redirected to the shopping cart to complete your enrollment process.
