Kim’s 30 year history of working directly with global companies to understand their real estate needs. This has helped her develop a strong track record of delivering solutions and dedication to client satisfaction. Prior to joining RealPage, she had worked for JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, Oracle, MRI and Yardi Systems in product management roles. Kim is a member of the Denver Alpha Xi Delta Alumni Association and has chaired their fundraising auction for Autism Speaks.
Dennis Main, Vice-Chair

Dennis is a consultant with USAA, a Fortune 500 diversified financial services group of companies. Dennis previously served as Senior Vice President for IT with Equity Commonwealth, an office REIT. Dennis has experience with IT strategy and operations including creating and managing the IT budget, keeping the in-house data center up and running, SOX compliance, project management, help desk, developing and executing business intelligence strategy, hiring resources and partnering with vendors, contract negotiations, implementing collaboration tools, cybersecurity, and improving efficiencies throughout the organization. His experience at EQC also included the overhaul of a major accounting system, creation and delivery of extensive business intelligence platform, performed many cybersecurity upgrades, and a full Office 365 rollout.
Hans Pedersen

Senior Director of Professional Services, Yardi Systems
Hans Pedersen has more than 35 years of leadership experience in real estate technology, working with commercial property managers and investors alike. He has served in product management, business development and implementation leadership roles. Hans is currently a Senior Director of Professional Services for Yardi Systems, where he provides oversight and strategic direction for major software implementations.
Hans previously led the effort to design and develop Yardi’s Commercial Management system, which now forms the core of Yardi’s Commercial Applications Suite. He was also closely involved in developing Yardi’s international functionality, while leading the launch of the company’s European operations in Amsterdam and London. Hans holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo.
As a technology vendor, Yardi Systems provide accounting, operational management, energy and marketing solutions for residential, commercial and investment management markets, on a global basis. Yardi’s more recent moves into energy management and market intelligence make the company increasingly invested in standards across the real estate sector.
Beth Schwartz

As a 20-year veteran of Project and Product Management in the software industry, Beth has had the opportunity to be a part of some of the most significant process changes that have helped software development evolve. During this time, she has led the development of Project Management standards with division peers while working at Intuit and have created Product Management organizations at 3 different companies. This experience has positioned her as a “get it done” leader who is consistently given strategic projects and products to lead.
During her tenure, she has been fortunate to focus on just two markets, Real Estate and Healthcare, who’s technology needs heavily overlap. As the Vice President of Product Management at MRI Software, Beth is focused on building a global Product Management organization as the organization continues to expand.

Naseem has more than 15 years of experience as a technology leader and domain expert in the real estate industry. She has worked with many of the leading real estate owners and operators, as well as investors.
