Naseem has more than 15 years of experience as a technology leader and domain expert in the real estate industry. She has worked with many of the leading real estate owners and operators, as well as investors.  Naseem has provided strategic direction to these clients in numerous capacities, including, data warehousing/aggregation consulting; software selection through analysis of needs and requirements; business process optimization across multiple functions;  general ledger and reporting solutions; design of data integration tools and solutions; information optimization through data normalizations that supported a global data structure through implementation of data governance model; training and talent development focusing on change management for existing and enhanced business processes supported by technology solutions; integration between acquired and acquiring organizations to support compliance and business function transition; and design and implementation of a shared services organization.

Rick Ferrino, Vice Chair


Chief Data Officer, VTS

Rick has worked on collection, back-end, data products and data feeds since starting his career including hundreds of examples of integrating data from 3rd party systems or data feeds into or out of the 3 organizations he has been a part of.  He has also designed many APIs and database models. At VTS, Ferrino built the in-house Integrations and data teams from a team of 2 to a team of 35, responsible for all data pushed and pulled from VTS across ERP, accounting, budgeting, custom reporting & data vendor systems.  His support of OSCRE can be summed up with “ Any organization that helps ensure that the transfer of data between systems is increasingly simple and more universal is an organization I want to help contribute to.”

Michael Gresty is CEO, chair and co-founder of Rifiniti, Inc., a Boston-based software analytics company that delivers rich insights into CRE utilization, employee mobility and a host of other KPIs. Michael has previously accumulated over 25 years of experience advising Fortune 500 companies on various aspects of design, corporate real estate and sustainability. He has served as a consultant to senior executives on the development and management of more efficient buildings and on the integration of sustainability into company strategy, operations and culture, following a early career as a software engineer. Michael has extensive experience working across multiple sectors with dozens of leading companies.                        

HoChun Ho

Global Head, Data Governance and Management, Corporate Solutions, Jones Lang LaSalle

At JLL, Ho is responsible for guiding and overseeing global data governance and management for the Corporate Solutions business line. The scope includes the business oversight on master data management, data quality, meta-data management and the overall data roadmap. These are the critical components of the JLL RED Platform. He built a team that defined and established the Data Governance function, its organizational structures, global and regional resources, processes and operating procedures, tools, and communication protocols. Prior to joining JLL, he was a Distinguished Architect at a major telecomm- cable TV- media company where he was responsible for the business and technology strategy for enterprise data. He led teams to incubate a big data shared services platform to accommodate multiple tenants and workloads with end-to-end operations and development; this platform enabled machine learning, predictive analytics and big data visualization.

Graeme Lambert, Secretary-Treasurer

Head of Property Finance, Canada Life

Graeme Lambert has been Head of Property Finance at Canada Life for 14 years, overseeing the implementation of a general ledger on the property system and the development and implementation of a commercial mortgage module to support the organization’s growing commercial load book. During his tenure there, real estate holdings have increased from £700m to £1.8bn and loan book from £120m to £2bn. Lambert is a graduate of Edinburgh University where he studied accountancy and mercantile law. He has held a range of senior accounting roles from Treasury Manager to Finance Director in a diverse range of industries from oil to insurance, including manufacturing and food.

Kim Maddox

Vice President of Commercial Property Management, RealPage

As the Vice President of Commercial Property Management at RealPage, Kim Maddox works with clients to ensure that they can run their business more smoothly with the help of RealPage solutions.  Kim’s 30 year history of working directly with global companies to understand their real estate needs.  This has helped her develop a strong track record of delivering solutions and dedication to client satisfaction. Prior to joining RealPage, she had worked for JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, Oracle, MRI and Yardi Systems in product management roles.  Kim is a member of the Denver Alpha Xi Delta Alumni Association and has chaired their fundraising auction for Autism Speaks.

Dennis Main


Senior Vice President, Equity Commonwealth

Dennis is the SVP for IT with Equity Commonwealth, an office REIT.  His responsibilities including all IT strategy and operations including creating and managing the IT budget, keeping the in-house data center up and running, SOX compliance, project management, help desk, developing and executing business intelligence strategy, hiring resources and partnering with vendors, contract negotiations, implementing collaboration tools, cybersecurity, and improving efficiencies throughout the organization.  His experience at EQC also includes the overhaul of a major accounting system, creation and delivery of extensive business intelligence platform, performed many cybersecurity upgrades, and a full Office 365 roll-out.

Melissa Kay Morgan


Global Marketing Lead, Serraview

As global marketing lead for Serraview, a provider of SaaS-based workplace optimization and workforce enablement solutions, Melissa is a creative entrepreneurial style leader with more than 30 years of experience leading corporate real estate, account management, expense management, relationship management, vendor partnerships, and cross-functional teams. She has led national and international projects and programs in workplace strategy, portfolio management, capital business case development, finance, change management and continuous improvement quality initiatives. Melissa has been instrumental in streamlining and improving processes, enhancing productivity, and implementing strategic solutions for Fortune 1000 organizations.  She has served twice as a Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Examiner and holds LEED AP certification from U.S. Green Building Council.

Hans Pedersen

Senior Director of Professional Services, Yardi Systems 

Hans Pedersen has more than 35 years of leadership experience in real estate technology, working with commercial property managers and investors alike. He has served in product management, business development and implementation leadership roles. Hans is currently a Senior Director of Professional Services for Yardi Systems, where he provides oversight and strategic direction for major software implementations. 

Hans previously led the effort to design and develop Yardi’s Commercial Management system, which now forms the core of Yardi’s Commercial Applications Suite. He was also closely involved in developing Yardi’s international functionality, while leading the launch of the company’s European operations in Amsterdam and London. Hans holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo.

As a technology vendor, Yardi Systems provide accounting, operational management, energy and marketing solutions for residential, commercial and investment management markets, on a global basis. Yardi’s more recent moves into energy management and market intelligence make the company increasingly invested in standards across the real estate sector.

Adele Pugliese


Vice President Data Governance, Bentall Kennedy

As Vice President for Data Governance at Bentall Kennedy, Adele leads the firm’s emerging program and infrastructure for data governance in all aspects of real estate investment management in Canada and the US, including any future expansions of the firm and the portfolio.  Adele brings extensive experience in data governance from the Financial Services industry and is applying the rigor and techniques that industry requires to real estate.  Her expertise includes data governance leadership, data management, and information technology strategy and implementation.  She has held managerial positions in major banks where she supervised large teams developing innovative solutions to applying data governance company-wide.  She has a strong track-record in leading cross-functional teams to address complex, strategic issues, as well as tactical operational changes to reduce costs while improve efficiencies on a large scale. 

Javed Roshan


Senior Vice President Digital and Technology, CBRE

As a Global Head of Architecture and Data Technologies at CBRE, Javed is responsible for building a robust and connected data platform, foster analytical innovation, and create data products for internal use as well as to service external clients. He is also responsible for establishing and managing a ‘connected architecture’ across global lines of businesses, and to transform the technology organization by adopting open source, cloud-based distributed technologies.

In his 20+ years of experience in various technology leadership positions, he has developed innovative enterprise solutions, highly scalable cloud-based systems, containerized & distributed micro-services with a focus on real-time processing of data at scale, product strategy & roadmap development, systems & application security, legacy systems transformation, and product integration.  Before joining CBRE, Javed held technical leadership roles at Capital One and Verizon.

Phil Wales

Phil Wales is President and CEO of EBUSINESS STRATEGIES, LLC. For more than 35 years Phil has advised some of the world’s largest private- and public-sector real estate organizations in the application of business best practices and enabling technology. His expertise centers on applying creative business solutions to manage enterprise real estate and workplace assets.

Working with Fortune 500 corporations and federal, state, and local government agencies, he is helping to change the way complex, capital‐intensive entities view and manage their operations in the face of constant change, shifting marketplace economies, and unpredictable constituent demands. Phil is a prolific generator of business thinking and publications on solution‐driven issues having spoken at major events and conferences and published more than 35 professional articles over the last fifteen years.

Phil is a member of the OSCRE Council of 100 and has participated in several OSCRE strategy sessions, such as where the Academy was addressed. If selected to the board, his focus will be the driving of OSCRE’s value into corporate real estate and reengaging this segment of real estate professionals who severely need the organization’s standards - both in operational processes and data management.

William Wingfield

Senior Consultant, R&K Solutions, Inc. 

With more than 30 years of experience leading public-sector operations and facilities management, William Wingfield now plays a key role at R&K Solutions, Inc. in the development and implementation of enterprise geospatial real property management software. He serves as a functional subject matter expert in the facilities management domain. William leads the adoption of standards, enhancement of business processes and production of business intelligence, enabling customers to improve performance through informed decision-making.
