This revision follows work done in the UK in partnership with HACT - the Housing Associations' Charitable Trust - relating to reactive repairs. This work extended existing use cases around work order management particularly in the areas of scheduling with the customer and day-of-repair status updates. It also added several UK specific code lists to support more detailed property typologies, including construction methods (especially non-traditional construction methods).

This consultation will be open until Wednesday 14th November. Please submit any feedback or questions by this closing date. All feedback will be considered by the project team who have proposed these changes and, particularly where changes have impacted existing use cases or data model entities, by the OSCRE team.
