Work Request and Work Order Fulfilment (FM-1.0)

This Standard addresses the information exchanges between the parties involved in the Facilities Management Work Request & Work Order Fulfilment process.

The process involves individual requests for services and associated fulfilment of requested actions, which are typically managed usingwork orders. The work is assumed to involve pre-negotiated and/or fixed-prices contracts, which do not require a negotiation phase and additional reporting requirements.
