Brad Sill, Chair

Director, RealFoundations

Brad Sill, is a Director at RealFoundations within their Management Consulting practice focusing on real estate for multi-unit retailers and corporate occupiers. He has more than 15 years real estate industry experience, with previous experience primarily within Walmart US Realty and Walmart International Real Estate’s global real estate systems strategy.

In this role, Mr. Sill was responsible for systems transformation in all aspects of the retailer’s business development lifecycle, including strategic planning, market analysis/site assessment, financial analysis, design & construction, property/lease administration, facilities maintenance, mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, business intelligence and analytics. While at Walmart, he was responsible for developing the original 5 year global real estate systems strategy in order to support construction and management of over 6,300 stores and properties in 27 countries.

His responsibilities included preparing capital budgets and management of annual project budgets, contract negotiations and management with internal and external IT vendors, consultants and in-country real estate teams; managing 60+ projects simultaneously; leading executive steering committee meetings including reporting and presentation preparation for senior C-suite executives and in-country executives. Brad implemented components of OSCRE Standards with Walmart International's Real Estate Global Technology Program, so he is familiar with the practical application and benefits of OSCRE Standards.

He holds a degree in Accounting and has received multiple industry awards, including being recognized in 2014 with a Digie Industry Impact Award by Realcomm for his positive impact in the real estate industry through the use of technology, automation and innovation.

 

Maureen Ehrenberg

Chair of Global IFM Board and International Director, Global Integrated Facilities Management, Jones Lang Lasalle.

Maureen Ehrenberg serves as President, Global Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), for JLL. JLL’s IFM practice specializes in providing comprehensive enterprise facilities and engineering outsourcing and other facilities related support services to leading local, regional and global organizations.

An internationally recognized expert in the facility management field, Ehrenberg provides strategic direction and expertise to a team of over 15,000 who currently manage more than 1 billion square feet of property globally. As Chair of JLL’s Global IFM Board, Ehrenberg provides leadership and strategic direction for the IFM business leaders to develop, promote and ensure best practices in service delivery consistency, innovation, operational effectiveness and talent management across the service line. Her client focus and experience in delivering facility management services for several of the world’s leading corporations in many industry sectors over the last 25 years, uniquely qualify her in the field. She is known for delivering break through results and service innovation through creative solutions design and the use of new technologies, systems and processes that have advanced the IFM business for corporations and service providers on a global basis.  

Ehrenberg earned a BSc Honours in Economics and Accountancy from The City University, University College, London, England. She is a Counselor of Real Estate (CRE), a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and a member of Lambda Alpha International (LAI), the honorary society for land use economics. Ehrenberg is a Licensed Managing Broker in the State of Illinois.

 

Fouad Habboub

CEO, IKINDI Inc.

Fouad Habboub has more than 22 years’ experience in the management, development and global application of large scale distributed infrastructure systems for the Financial Services industry. During this time he has worked closely with Asset Management client companies, related entities and technical service providers to set and execute technology & operational strategies from thought leadership to solution deployment. Recognizing a need in the market for a data integration and management service, Mr. Habboub created IKINDI in 2000 to focus on this space. With his specialized technical and business expertise he has led the firm to cross the product life cycle from management, strategic planning, architecture, design, and rollout to day-to-day performance excellence in a real-time working environment. Prior to IKINDI, Mr. Habboub worked in a senior capacity at Solbright Inc., Lehman Brothers, Technology Solution Company, and WBGU-TV. Within the Asset Management industry he has had various IT solutions-oriented responsibilities that include planning, architecture, development and roll-out of Front and Middle Office enterprise infrastructure for Fixed Income & Equity investments, Derivatives instruments and Real Estate assets. Mr. Habboub holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Bowling Green State University.

 

HoChun Ho

Global Head, Data Governance and Management, Corporate Solutions, Jones Lang LaSalle

At JLL, Ho is responsible for guiding and overseeing global data governance and management for the Corporate Solutions business line. The scope includes the business oversight on master data management, data quality, meta-data management and the overall data roadmap. These are the critical components of the JLL RED Platform. He built a team that defined and established the Data Governance function, its organizational structures, global and regional resources, processes and operating procedures, tools, and communication protocols. Prior to joining JLL, he was a Distinguished Architect at a major telecomm- cable TV- media company where he was responsible for the business and technology strategy for enterprise data. He led teams to incubate a big data shared services platform to accommodate multiple tenants and workloads with end-to-end operations and development; this platform enabled machine learning, predictive analytics and big data visualization. 


David Karpook

Strategic Business Consultant, Planon Corporation

David Karpook is Strategic Business Consultant for Planon Corporation, a leading provider of technology solutions for facility management and real estate. A 20-year industry veteran, he has been a customer, vendor, system implementer, trainer and strategist, managing workplace technology projects in the United States, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Prior to joining Planon in 2015, he served as president and CEO at Bricsnet, an enterprise software provider. He also has held management positions at software providers Trimble Navigation, Tririga and Peregrine Systems. David has been involved with OSCRE since its earliest days, participating in numerous work groups including Service Request, Space Classification and Green Lease; he was vice chair of the latter.

His additional experience includes seven years as a facility manager and construction project manager at the University of Florida. A graduate architect with degrees from Harvard University and the University of Florida, he has also worked as a journalist for The New York Times and The Orlando Sentinel. David lives in Southern California with his family.


Graeme Lambert

Head of Property Finance, Canada Life

Graeme Lambert has been Head of Property Finance at Canada Life for 14 years, overseeing the implementation of a general ledger on the property system and the development and implementation of a commercial mortgage module to support the organization’s growing commercial load book. During his tenure there, real estate holdings have increased from £700m to £1.8bn and loan book from £120m to £2bn. Lambert is a graduate of Edinburgh University where he studied accountancy and mercantile law. He has held a range of senior accounting roles from Treasury Manager to Finance Director in a diverse range of industries from oil to insurance, including manufacturing and food.


Kim Maddox

Vice President of Commercial Property Management, RealPage

As the Vice President of Commercial Property Management at RealPage, Kim Maddox works with clients to ensure that they can run their business more smoothly with the help of RealPage solutions.  Kim’s 30 year history of working directly with global companies to understand their real estate needs.  This has helped her develop a strong track record of delivering solutions and dedication to client satisfaction. Prior to joining RealPage, she had worked for JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, Oracle, MRI and Yardi Systems in product management roles.  Kim is a member of the Denver Alpha Xi Delta Alumni Association and has chaired their fundraising auction for Autism Speaks.


 

Hans Pedersen

Senior Director of Professional Services, Yardi Systems

Hans Pedersen has more than 35 years of leadership experience in real estate technology, working with commercial property managers and investors alike. He has served in product management, business development and implementation leadership roles. Hans is currently a Senior Director of Professional Services for Yardi Systems, where he provides oversight and strategic direction for major software implementations.

Hans previously led the effort to design and develop Yardi’s Commercial Management system, which now forms the core of Yardi’s Commercial Applications Suite. He was also closely involved in developing Yardi’s international functionality, while leading the launch of the company’s European operations in Amsterdam and London. Hans holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo.

 

As a technology vendor, Yardi Systems provide accounting, operational management, energy and marketing solutions for residential, commercial and investment management markets, on a global basis. Yardi’s more recent moves into energy management and market intelligence make the company increasingly invested in standards across the real estate sector.

 

Lorri Rowlandson

Senior Vice President, Brookfield Johnson Controls

Lorri Rowlandson is an accomplished executive with nearly 20 years of experience in strategic sourcing and corporate real estate. Lorri is currently the Senior Vice President for Brookfield Johnson Controls, Canada's leading provider of real estate outsourcing services. Her responsibilities include Strategic Sourcing, Sustainability Solutions, Business Development, Marketing and Communications, Workplace Solutions, Strategic Consulting Services, and responsible for the strategic development of Financial sector accounts.

Prior to Brookfield Johnson Controls, Lorri was a Senior Consultant at P1 Consulting, one of Canada’s most respected Public Private Partnership and Real Estate Consulting firms. Previous to this role Lorri worked at Bank of Montreal where she held a number of progressive positions in Strategic Sourcing and Real Estate; she began her career at IBM in Global Procurement.

Lorri has a Masters in Corporate Real Estate (MCR), is an Accredited Outsourcing Practitioner (AOP), a Certified Deal Architect for Vested Outsourcing from the University of Tennessee (CDA), and is an alumni of Harvard University's GSD Real Estate program (AMDP). Lorri is also on the Board of Directors for the Center for Outsourcing Research and Education and Committee Chairperson for the Corenet Canada Leadership Council.


Lisa Stanley
